IMPROVERS :
Manages ventral as well as dorsal buoyancy, but no technique of swimming. Test : FROG-PENGUIN.
ADVANCED I :
Learning of backstroke and crawl techniques. Test : OCTOPUS- CROCODILE - BEAR.
ADVANCED II :
Rehearsal of backstroke and crawl techniques. Learning of breaststroke and butterfly. Test : WAHLE - PIKE - SHARK.
EXPERT :
Test SHARK-DOLPHIN

40 min. consisting in: 10 min. introduction / 20 min. theme / 10 min. games
